Les Sourires du Vin, c’est un podcast qui vous invite à cheminer dans le et les mondes du vin. Vigneronnes et vignerons, experts passionnés, amateurs éclairés, collectionneurs de flacons, restaurateurs, parfumeurs, sommeliers, tonneliers, pépiniéristes, chimistes, journalistes…
Je donne ici la parole aux curieux, aux experts… aux femmes et aux hommes qui rendent le vin joyeux et sérieux à la fois. Ensemble, parler sensations, terroirs, transmission, gourmandise… rencontre. Car c’est ça, au fond, le moteur : la rencontre.
Que ce soit au sein de mon restaurant, Le Resto-Zinc Les Marcheurs de planète, à ma cave Le Sourire au pied de l’échelle, ou avec ce podcast, ce qui m’anime c’est cette soif de connaissances, mêlée au plaisir du partage.
