Podden är en del av projektet Livet Blir Bättre. Projektet går ut på att stärka, hjälpa och inge hopp. Alla bär vi på en story, och genom att dela med sig av den visar vi att psykisk ohälsa inte är tabubelagt, att det är okej att må dåligt – men framför allt: att livet inte alltid kommer vara tungt, tufft och mörkt – det blir bättre.
Initiativtagare till projektet Livet Blir Bättre är föreläsaren och författaren Andreas Jonsson. Andreas är en av landets mest anlitade föreläsare till skolor och ungdomsorganisationer. Varje år träffar över 25.000 elever och skolpersonal Andreas i arbetet om respekt för alla människors lika värde – oavsett hudfärg, religion eller sexuell läggning.
