My name is Faith, and I’m your host for Ad Lib & Actualize. I created this podcast to share my ongoing journey of vulnerability and self-actualization with you.
So who am I? I love to write and paint, I go to therapy, I have anxiety and mild depression, and I love Sailor Moon and Critical Role. I know - that doesn’t really tell you much.
Why should you listen to my podcast? Maybe you’re going through some hard times right now, maybe you’re a struggling artist, maybe you’re having a hard time finding a reason to get out of bed every morning, maybe you feel lost and unsure of your goals or purpose in life. Or maybe you like Sailor Moon too.
The whole idea behind Self-Actualization encompasses self-expression through whatever medium you choose, owning your beliefs and worldviews, loving what you love without shame or fear, embracing vulnerability… And here’s the hardest part: learning to love yourself.
