Inside the Hammer is a podcast that aims to do just what it says, take you inside the culture of a fast growing coffee startup based in Mobile, AL. We interview our team members and ask all sorts of questions. Our goal is to be very open and honest with you. We want to highlight our wins as well as our failures. We don’t have this business and all it entails figured out, and our hope is that this podcast will document our journey from all points of view.
