Take a meander with me as I explore joy in the everyday. Why joy? Because joy is an antidote to fear and despair… both of which we see aplenty in the world today.

Weekly episodes will follow a reliable cadence - you’ll hear my thoughts on what’s up the first Tuesday of each month; the “MwT: The PauseCast with Angie Arendt” will drop in week two where we explore the ingredients that make life joyful; week three is a meander with regular people about what makes life joyful; and finally I’ll offer you a monthly book review of books that matter to me.
