Børn, hvis forældre drikker for meget, slås ofte som voksne, med at få deres eget liv til at fungere.

Barndommens oplevelser sætter varige mærker og mange af dem kæmper med lavt selvværd, ensomhed, stress og depression.

Hvorfor og hvordan de nu voksne børn kommer videre, er udgangspunktet for podcastserien med Katrine, der som 32-årig ikke længere vil holde på familiens hemmelighed.
