Unexpected Data is the first austrian Data and Data Science centered Podcasting Service. Unexpected Data helps individuals and organizations to embed AI ethics by design in their digital journey.

Founded and hosted by Yudan Lin, our podcasts and services have been devoted to starting taboo-free discussions and give more awareness about Data and Data Science in our daily life.

By creating unexpected and inspirational content, Unexpected Data supports you in understanding what it takes to live in the world of Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Taboos are especially investigated: from sex, justice to the digital fight for our attention that leaves us out of the real life and many more.

By sharing career journeys, challenges had, lessons learnt, Unexpected Data highlights people and initiatives who support the common better good. Diversity and Inclusion are rooted in the identity of our podcasts and services. Each story and session encourage and inspire more women, LGBTIQA+, people of color, disabled talents to join STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
