If you need some labels, I’m a highly sensitive person, empath, INFJ, introvert. Atheist baby born to traditional Indian Hindu parents, but now I love all beliefs equally (Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Sufism, Nonbelievers).
I like talking about self development, real food, weight loss, depression, happiness, meditation, psychedelics, money & spirituality.
