This show is not a digest of training principles, spit at you to catch you up to date in the world of coaching and athletics. Instead it’s about being exposed, being wrong, always learning, exploring the deepest jungles of sport and brain alike, sacred cows & taboo insights… This is a show for your brain, which is tired of being left to the mundane humanity of TV shows and Dinner parties. It wants to be challenged, to be tested, and we are the lab to do it in.
