A fitness podcast from Luke Dentler

I’m Luke and in the past seven years I’ve lost 400 pounds but in September of 2020, I was bigger than I’ve ever been 422 pounds. This is a podcast about dealing with the struggles of being obese, even when those topics are not easy to talk about. Follow me on my journey to break away from an unhealthy relationship with food and live a healthy life. Luke Loses will touch on subjects such as anxiety with obesity, food addiction, and ways to combat my issues through research, guest speakers, and self-experience. Listen as I discuss different topics while I fight to reach a 170-pound weight loss.
