Each week personal trainer Robin Atwood dishes up solutions for living your best, healthy life while stand up comedian Brandy Thomas disputes them and then reluctantly tries them out (much like their childhood). It’s a podcast for goop-loving health nuts and cynical skeptics all rolled into one.
