Working can be hell. Leading people doesn’t have to be.

Retail Therapy with Cle is a podshow about the people behind the work—the psychology of leadership, workplace culture, entrepreneurship, customer experience, and the very real challenge of building a career or business without allowing work to consume your life.

Hosted by Dr. Cle Scott, a business psychologist, author, scholar, consultant, and former retail leader with more than 20 years of management experience, the show was born from the realities of retail—an industry that became Dr. Cle’s real-world laboratory for understanding people, leadership, operations, customers, conflict, performance, and resilience.

But these conversations are bigger than retail.

Through candid conversations, professional insight, research, lived experience, and a little therapy of our own, Retail Therapy with Cle explores what happens when people, business, and psychology meet. From leadership and employee engagement to workplace relationships, entrepreneurship, customer service, burnout, accountability, organizational culture, and work/life balance—no industry is off limits.

The podshow also serves as a platform for entrepreneurs, professionals, creatives, thought leaders, and business owners to tell their stories and introduce audiences to the products, services, expertise, and solutions they are bringing to the marketplace. We don’t just want to know what you do—we want to understand the person, purpose, and process behind it.

Whether you lead the business, manage the team, serve the customer, own the company, are building something of your own, or are simply trying to navigate work without losing yourself in it—there’s something here for you.

Because sometimes the problem isn’t the work.

It’s how we work.

And sometimes, you just need a little Retail Therapy.
