Hi, ich bin Mela - Ärztin, Mama eines kleinen Wirbelwinds und Podcast-Hostin von Mela‘s MamaTalk.
Meine ersten zwei Jahre als Mama waren ein wilder Ritt zwischen Milchstau, schlaflosen Nächten, Mental Load, ungewollter Kündigung und dem täglichen Versuch, mich selbst nicht völlig zu verlieren. Kennst du das? Dann bist du hier genau richtig.
Hier geht es um das echte Leben mit Kind - zwischen Liebe, Erschöpfung, Partnerschaft und Care-Arbeit und darum, wie wir als Mütter im Job und im Alltag oft benachteiligt werden. Genau darüber rede ich in meinem Podcast, ehrlich und direkt.
