A.I. Meets World
A technology podcast from Microsoft / Globe Content Studio
From the Jetsons to the Terminator, our expectations of AI looked very different 20 or even 10 years ago.
Season 1 explored the many ways that Artificial Intelligence is benefiting our society. But recent studies show that Canadians still have concerns.
This season is all about asking the experts the tough questions when it comes to AI and public trust: How will AI affect privacy? Is AI innovation at odds with public safety? Will AI help or hinder the shift to a more equitable society?

Stats: Statistics are produced by Simplecast to help A.I. Meets World to understand how many downloads it is getting, or how many people are listening. Your device’s IP address and user agent is used to help calculate this figure. Simplecast is IAB v2 certified.
Dynamic content insertion: Simplecast may use limited data that they know about you - the device you’re using, the approximate location you’re in, or other data that can be derived from this, like the current weather forecast for your area - to change parts of the audio. A.I. Meets World may do this for advertising or for other forms of content, like news stories.
A.I. Meets World is able to use the above tools since its podcast host or measurement company offers this service. It doesn’t mean that this individual podcast uses them, or has access to this functionality. We use open data.
