Comedian Dave Williamson has become obsessed with quality BBQ through his constant travels. He has graduated from just burgers and steaks on the grill, to getting pretty good with his 900 Pound smoker in the front yard. Far from an expert, this podcast follows Dave’s quest to grow from a typical tong-wielding layman into a next level Weekend Warrior of Meats. He’ll talk to Pit-Masters, Butchers, fellow Meat enthusiasts, and anyone who can help Dave be the healthiest & most knowledgable Meat consumer possible.
