Train Wreck Your Life
This show is self-help turned on it’s head by an American military guy and his ballsy Aussie girlfriend who want to bring more fun to something that’s often taken far too seriously - life.
Don’t think they won’t get deep and meaningful though - you’ll struggle to find two humans who live with more passion and guts than these two. Having both been touched by trauma and tragedy at young ages, they’ve learned life is too short not to laugh daily and how to keep it real in a world that’s becoming anything but. So be ready for Nate and Kate to get vulnerable with you in a way that you wish more personal growth shows did.
It’s called ''Train Wreck Your Life’' for a reason - they fell in love while living opposite sides of the world in circumstances that had the odds stacked against them. To be together, they pretty much had to do exactly that - train wreck their life. At least from the outsiders perspective! It’s the best decision they’ve made, and the hardest.
So on this show they chat openly about the messes before the lessons and making tough life choices that people deem crazy. Filled with moments don’t make the highlight reel, Kate and Nate will have you snorting through your nose laughing in some shows whilst reaching for the tissues in others as they dive into how to deal with your mess ups in life with more humility, humour and heart so you can pull treasures from your train wrecks. And if all else fails, eat a cookie.
