We believe that by being transparent with our pain and living in our vulnerability we can promote the healing ability of love and cultivate peace and gratitude in our lives.

Britny Horton is an actress, producer, and human journeying and figuring it out. She encourages you to join her in the journey with grace and understanding that we are a community and love. In this space, a calm nervous system is always the goal.
