What Even Is Studying?
Studying; to apply what was learnt or understood into our minds, and helps students achieve success in school and grades. A term students are oh-so-familiar with, yet many tend to struggle under, which may sometimes lead to the question 'What even is studying?' Why do I feel this way about it? I’m struggling and I don’t know what to do?
And not just students; but parents and teachers do too as they come to difficulty in understanding why their children/students think in that mindset.
In this short Podcast series brought by a student who started off with a personal goal, each episode dives into the psychological science of studying in relation to mental health and benefitting mentalities towards it for the better, with the goal of knowledging the importance of studying and how it can be tackled through personal connections, and spark discussions and explorations from there.
