Dr. Kecia Ray, Executive Director of the Center for Digital Education, speaks and consult widely on the use of digital technologies in K-12 and higher education. Her extensive travel gave rise to #whereskecia. The tag was adapted as the name for her podcast, in which Kecia discusses where she is today on issues of policy, practice and pedagogy in education and technology. She sometime deviates from the short-form podcast to interview other prominent players in the field on extended play episodes.
