Dé podcastshow over leiderschap! Mijn gasten delen persoonlijke ervaringen en lessen die zij leerden over werken met teams. Je krijgt praktische tips en mooie verhalen waarvan ik hoop dat ze je inspireren om een nóg betere leider te worden.

Mijn ervaring is dat veel leiders het werken met teams als een zoektocht ervaren. Een zoektocht die ze voornamelijk alleen doormaken. Veel leiders stoeien met onderwerpen als keuzes maken, koers bepalen, onpopulaire beslissingen nemen, ruimte geven en loslaten. Mijn podcast ben ik begonnen omdat ik geloof dat wanneer er meer ervaringsverhalen gedeeld worden dat leiders niet langer het gevoel hebben alleen te zijn en hier meer openheid over komt.
