Now and Nowhere Else

This podcast series explores what it means to be in a state of flow. It explores the language we use to describe moments of pleasure, escapism and relaxation. We challenge ourselves to reframe the way we look at our experiences and we actively subtract the use of explicit language to describe the activities as a way to emphasise the feelings and experiences arise whilst doing them. We ask if these “ordinary” activities can be associated to a state of “meditation” and we ask what meditation looks like outside of spiritual practice; What does meditation look like and feel like for you?
