این رویکرد جدید با استفاده از تکنیک خاص خود اثرگذاری بالایی بر مغز و حافظه ی شما دارد. در رویکرد معکوس، هدف نهایی کاملا متضاد خواسته های مطلوب افراد است. این روش جدید، به بیداری آگاهی از پیامد رفتارهای مخرب روزانه سبک زندگی مدرن که به دلیل عادت شدن، از نگاهتان پنهان شده است، کمک میکند و از این طریق به تغییر و افزایش تعهد به انجام دادن اقدامات موثر کمک زیادی خواهد کرد.
