SOL Connections podcast is hosted by the Creators of Shades of Light Syndicate. Get to know Stephanie of @rainbowsonmyaltar and Allie @thecosmicspacewitch while we divulge more about ourselves and also interview other people in the healing & metaphysical realm. Shades of Light is an online healing community and this SOL Connections Podcast is our way to connect more with the community and share in a longer format.

Stephanie became ill with chronic migraines in 2013. After years of searching for ways to heal, she discovered valuable information about self healing and reclamation was extremely expensive and all together hidden. She longed for a place where all effective modalities of healing could be celebrated and shared in one place, in order to end suffering as rapidly as possible. Hence she decided to create Shades of Light Syndicate a space for radical transformation using revolutionary and groundbreaking techniques to help create profound integration into a more self embodied, healthy state. Stephanie is certified teacher of hatha & kundalini yoga, who is currently studying herbalism. She has been a practitioner of tarot, crystals, and other magical practices since a young age, she believes that connecting to the elements and the energies surrounding us helps us to better understand ourselves and our circumstances.

Luna (Allie) is an Intuitive Astrologer who has an educational background in Psychology and degrees in both Addiction & Recovery as well as Early Childhood Education. She has spent her life confused by this realm and therefore obsessed with consciousness and why this reality and the people in it are the way they are. Her Multidimensional soul was eventually taken by the sky and forced to decode it secrets, finally finding answers to those questions and diving deep into her own psyche. Her mission is to translate the language of the Universe, helping you to navigate this earthly realm, embody your multidimensional self and heal through shadow work, Astrology, Crystals, Meditations, Magic, Tarot and many others modalities of healing – She is on a path of personal discovery and healing, learning as she goes and sharing that knowledge with you.
