Подкаст «Беседы о системе образования» был открыт в конце 2011 года. Было выпущено 4 выпуска, которые Денис Гиряев вёл совместно с Русланом Саликовым. С января 2012 года подкаст был переименован в «#EduCast». Программу в обновлённом формате Денис Гиряев вёл один. Выходила она в рамках проекта «Pointum», который на сегодняшний день закрыт. Под новым названием было записано ещё 20 выпусков.
