La idea de #30MilSomosTodxs, y también de Voces Recuperadas, es visibilizar a las víctimas del Terrorismo de Estado como una forma de seguir reclamando Verdad y Justicia por las compañeras y compañeros que fueron secuestrados, torturados, desaparecidos o asesinados. La dictadura cívico-militar no eligió al azar sus víctimas. Eligió personas comprometidas con un proyecto popular. Funcionarios, dirigentes, militantes, trabajadores, estudiantes, cada uno con una historia diferente y a la vez con un horizonte compartido.
