Ich bin Psychologe, Unternehmer und Autor.
Die radikale Orientierung an Potenzialen ist in der digitalisierten Welt so relevant wie nie zuvor. Für Menschen, Unternehmen, für die Gesellschaft.
Seit 20 Jahren beschäftige ich mich mit dem Thema Kompetenzen, Kompetenzentwicklung, Potenzialorientierung.
Als ich angefangen habe hatte das Thema Kompetenzorientierung noch einen ganz anderen Charakter als heute. Da ging es um die Flexibilisierung der Arbeitswelt. Heute geht es um die Digitalisierung und New Work.
Ich habe die Kompetenzenbilanz als führendes Karriereberatungsverfahren im DACH-Gebiet entwickelt und dazu ein großes Netzwerk von Kompetenzenbilanz-Coaches aufgebaut.
Ich habe viele Bücher geschrieben, StartUps beraten und war jahrelang Professor für Kompetenzentwicklung und Coaching.
2017 habe ich meine Professur beendet und 2018 die Skimio GmbH gegründet, mit der wir einen digitalen Lerncoach und ein Tool für das Entwickeln von Kompetenzmodellen anbieten.
