Mental Rehearsal is about the psychology of performance for actors. Not another acting podcast. A show about what actually gets in the way of your best work: fear, self-doubt, identity conflicts, and the patterns you can’t see because you’re standing inside them.
I’m Albert Bramante, Ph.D. I’m a Talent Agent, Hypnotist, and NLP Practitioner and for twenty years I’ve watched brilliant, trained actors get in their own way, and I’ve helped them stop. The difference between the people who perform close to their potential and the people who don’t is rarely talent. It’s rarely training. Most of the time, it’s what happens inside your head when nobody else is watching.
Every episode teaches practical psychological techniques you can use immediately: before an audition, in the waiting room, on set, or on the days when the industry goes quiet and your mind gets loud.
