هدف از ایجاد تشکل فوق، ایجاد ساختاری مناسب برای فعالین سیاسی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، صنفی، هنری، محیط زیستی، اقلیتهای (دینی، مذهبی و …)، دگرباشان جنسی، مدافعان حقوق بشر و دیگر نیروهای دمکرات و ترقیخواه ایرانی مخالف حکومت جمهوری اسلامی ساکن نروژ می باشد تا بتوانند با تمام تفاوتهای دیدگاهی، نظری و سیاسی خود فعالیتهای مشترکی را در راستای گذار از حکومت جمهوری اسلامی و استقرار نظامی دموکراتیک پیش ببرند.
