Balls On The Table
What happens when men stop pretending… and actually talk?
Balls On The Table is where real conversations about modern manhood finally get said out loud. The pressures. The expectations. The stuff guys joke about but rarely admit actually affects them — relationships, sex, fatherhood, aging, insecurity, success, failure, and the quiet fears most men carry alone… and the stuff they enjoy the most and like the least.
Hosted from the regular guy’s point of view — we’re not therapists, not experts — just a couple guys willing to go first. This show brings honest, funny, and sometimes uncomfortable conversations with friends, strangers, and people who have lived it. Some episodes make you laugh. Some hit deeper than expected. All of them put the truth where it belongs: on the table.
This isn’t about complaining.
It’s about understanding what men think they want, what they actually need, and what changes when they finally start talking about it.
If you’re a man trying to grow, figure things out, or just hear someone say, “Yeah, me too,” this is your seat at the table.
And if you’re trying to understand a man — you’ll want to listen.
Because the strongest men aren’t just the ones who stay quiet.
They’re the ones who have the guts to put their balls on the table.
