翻转学习初旅程

学习是一辈子的修行，AI时代每个人学习习惯与思维模式需要改变，讲师的教学方式也需要创新。

人和时间赛跑，量力而行，不如有效利用时间，享受当下，好好工作、好好生活。

当我完成翻转学习Flipped Learning认证课程，深刻领悟到：在这个瞬息万变的时代，“经验”可能是我们最糟糕的敌人。这是近几年在全球崛起引起热潮的一种创新的教学方式，特别适合我们成人学习，也适合应用在家庭或社区。

我迫不及待地想将翻转学习创始人Jonathan Bergmann介绍给大家，也想分享，引发教育变革热潮的“翻转学习”究竟是什么？我们自己的讲课方式须要改变吗？创新能带来什么好处呢？只要把握几个关键点，就可以开始尝试去翻转你自己的课程。
