The Future of Work with Subbu Iyer is an attempt to bring a uniformity of understanding and addressing the topic with uniformity globally. We are at a strategic inflection point on this planet where there is a fundamental need to establish Social Justice through Equitable Income, Increased Rate of Innovation through Individual Involvement, Immersion & Participation and as a consequence accomplish the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by 2030. This can only happen when our Intelligence (Mind) and Actions (Work) are aligned to the right narrative and Implementation. Relevance or Context is Key.

Growth.
Innovation: Learning to respond with relevance through the journey from Innocence to
Awareness, Understanding, Definition, Competence & Excellence; in a
Continuum.
Measurable Growth: The Lifecycle of Customers and Consumers with the fountainhead of a higher
quality of life; departing from the conventional view of an industrial Product life
cycle.
This is Season 1 Premiering on August 30, ’22 and will end on March ’28, ’23. An episode will be broadcast every week on Tuesday, bringing live conversations on topics under each of the themes mentioned above to influence mindsets adapting to the new paradigm of digital relevance with urgency.
