I am a oilfield where the work it tough but the mental pressure is greater. I am a follower of Christ, and owe all success to him. I started this journey of changing my mindset and old habits and way because I was on a distructive path and was battling deep depression, learning that there is more like me I just decided to start this podcast to give them a voice also.
