Inform Your Consumerism
A society & culture podcast from Christina Lampert
Consumers around the world are inherently disconnected to the things that they consume every single day. In this podcast, we aim to unveil what goes on behind the scenes from the beginning of product’s life cycle to the moment it meets us, the shopper, at the shelf. How does something start from a crop, or animal, on a farm, and turn into a product that’s readily available for consumption? How are the planet and its people impacted along the way?
Our hope is that by informing consumerism during each episode, our listeners can make decisions that are more in alignment with their environmental and social values.
