What is a Sherpa - A Sherpa is a guide to get you to your destination. Usually the term Sherpa is used in relation to the guides that are common on Mt. Everest and Kilimanjaro. They’re not geologists or meteorologists. They’re not experts in rocks or deciphering the weather. They simply know the way.
