Nynke Laverman is zangeres en songwriter. Samen met componist/muzikant Sytze Pruiksma maakt zij avontuurlijke, sferische muziek met sterk inhoudelijke teksten. Daarin combineert ze haar moedertaal, het Fries, met het Engels. Haar bezielde stem, ‘a leaf-blown shimmer of a voice’ volgens The Independent, trekt je wondere werelden in en laat je altijd een beetje ‘soul struck’ achter.
