50 States - Der Amerika-Podcast mit Dirk Rohrbach

Auf der schönsten Küstenstraße der Welt durch Washington, Oregon und Kalifornien: Ich bin Dirk Rohrbach und in der vierten Staffel 50 STATES fahre ich mit dem Gravelbike einmal die komplette Westküste runter, 3000 Kilometer auf Amerikas Traumstraße am Pazifik. Von der Grenze zu Kanada im Norden bis zur mexikanischen Grenze südlich von San Diego. Ich treffe Häuptlinge, Müllkünstlerinnen, Austernzüchter, Seetangsammlerinnen, Chicanos und natürlich Surfer.

Für diesen Podcast werde ich nach und nach alle 50 US-Bundesstaaten bereisen, abseits der ausgetretenen Pfade. In der ersten Staffel bin ich auf dem Missouri/Mississippi River von der Quelle bis zur Mündung gepaddelt. Für die zweite Staffel war ich unterwegs entlang der 3000 Kilometer langen Southern Border zu Mexiko. Und in Staffel 3 ging es ins Heartland.

Entdeckt mit mir zusammen die USA. Es wird spektakulär, versprochen.
