令狐德棻（583～666年），唐初政治家，史学家。宜州华原（今陕西铜川耀州区）人。出身于名门望族，祖父令狐整为北周大将军，父亲令狐熙在北周位至吏部中大夫、仪同大将军。多次参加官书的编写，最大贡献为编修《周书》。
