The role and impact you’ll make
We are seeking a growth-minded, data-driven Digital Marketer to lead and execute our digital advertising, performance marketing, and growth strategies. This role is critical to scaling our impact and expanding our digital presence across platforms, including YouTube, email newsletters, paid social, influencer marketing, and beyond.
You live and breathe growth strategy, love to optimize and experiment, and follow trends, formats, and algorithm changes across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to maintain effective campaigns. You think outside the box and are comfortable moving fast, working collaboratively, and iterating as you go.
Your responsibilities will include
- Paid Advertising & Platform Strategy: Own all paid media strategies, including campaign creation, execution, optimization, and reporting across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow our audience, revenue, and community across digital channels.
- YouTube & Video Growth: Optimize Rebel Girls’ YouTube presence, focusing on growth and engagement strategies like SEO, thumbnails, and ad placement.
- Email Marketing: Collaborate with the team to grow and engage our newsletter audience through effective campaign strategies and A/B testing to ensure maximum ROI.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with Rebel Girls’ mission to drive engagement and visibility. Manage and execute influencer campaigns in partnership with the revenue team.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and deliver insights to inform ongoing strategies and opportunities.
- Organic Content Synergy: Partner with the social and content teams to align paid and organic strategies for maximum impact.
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate budgets across campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- Amazon Brand Store Management: Manage and optimize Rebel Girls’ Amazon Brand Store to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve traffic and conversions.
You will bring to the team
- 3–5 years in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on paid advertising and growth marketing.
- Proven track record of driving audience and revenue growth across multiple digital channels.
- Equally comfortable ideating creative campaigns and diving into performance data.
- Comfortable working cross functionally and with remote teams.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
