- Direct and shoot tapings when needed — remotely, in-studio, and on location in NYC
- Own technical decisions related to cameras, lighting, audio integration, recording, and production equipment
- Serve as the on-set technical lead, making confident decisions and solving problems in real time during shoots
- Recommend equipment purchases, rentals, and studio improvements as Lemonada’s video capabilities continue to expand
- Oversee post-production, setting the visual standards for the whole team
- Collaborate with producers and hosts to shape formats that work on screen to execute each show’s creative vision
- Direct and coordinate freelance video editors, providing clear direction and keeping work on track as new projects arise

- Deep expertise in cinematography, lighting, cameras, lenses, production workflows, and studio operations
- Experience leading technical crews and making high-pressure production decisions in fast-moving environments
- Strong understanding of multi-camera productions and interview-based content
- Experience creating premium, talent-led video assets with exceptional creative judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to cultivate a comfortable and warm on-set environment for talent while keeping the trains on the tracks
- Possess a strong eye and strong opinions, while being a skilled collaborator
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both creative and technical teams
- Confidence working with A-list talent, including troubleshooting tech setups under pressure both remotely and in-person.
