Salary range: $145,000 to $160,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience plus This position is full-time. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Vice President, Branded Entertainment Lemonada is on a mission to make life suck less. Lemonada Media seeks an experienced Vice President, Branded Entertainment to play a central role in building our next phase of revenue growth. The VP, Branded Entertainment will be responsible for developing, selling, and executing innovative branded content partnerships across Lemonada’s portfolio of podcasts, short and long form video content, social channels, and intellectual property. The VP will serve as a key revenue leader, working at the intersection of sales, creative, audience growth, and talent relations. This role will focus on building scalable branded entertainment content and creating new, bespoke branded series that deliver value for brands, advertisers, and audiences alike.
Reporting to the Head of Revenue, the VP, Branded Entertainment will drive strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, platforms, and media buyers, while overseeing the development and execution of custom content programs from pitch through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Revenue Strategy & Business Development...
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy positioning Lemonada as a premium partner for integrated, 360° content solutions across audio, video, and social extensions.
- Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and strategic brand partners.
- Build long-term relationships with senior marketing decision-makers and agency leadership.
- Own and be accountable for achieving an annual revenue goal; create annual revenue forecasts and pipeline targets for branded content initiatives.
- Collaborate with Lemonada’s sales team to integrate branded entertainment opportunities into broader sponsorship packages.
- Identify commercial synergies across verticals and develop category strategies tailored to distinct audience profiles.
- Support the structuring of new IP, licensing deals and commercial partnerships from inception.
- Support deal modeling, go-to-market planning, and monetization strategy for large-scale partnerships.
- Aid execution post-signing to ensure partnerships are operationalized effectively across sales, content, and audience growth teams.
- Creative Development & Pitching...
- Work in close partnership with the Executive Producer, Branded Entertainment to create innovative branded content concepts that align with advertiser objectives while preserving audience trust and editorial integrity.
- Partner with creators, producers, talent and agents to identify and develop custom campaigns and partnerships opportunities across podcasts, video, and social platforms.
- Develop branded opportunities within existing and new programming.
- Evaluate opportunities to expand Lemonada’s intellectual property into additional branded formats and platforms.
- Translate client marketing objectives into compelling and organic storytelling opportunities.
- Own the RFP process, developing best in class pitch materials, creative presentations, and partnership proposals.
- Partnership Management & Execution...
- Serve as the lead on key branded entertainment partnerships.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, content, operations, and audience growth teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Establish processes and best practices for managing branded content programs from concept through delivery and reporting.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and renewal.

- Manage and coach the Senior Director, Partnerships.
- Foster collaboration across sales, content, audience growth, and operations functions.
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational processes to support growth.
- External Relationships...
- Serve as a senior ambassador for Lemonada Media within the advertising, agency, entertainment, and podcast industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand marketers, media agencies, talent representatives, production partners, and platform partners.
- Represent Lemonada in industry forums, conferences, panels, and client-facing events.
- Identify emerging trends in branded content, creator partnerships, podcast advertising, and digital media to inform business strategy and partnership opportunities.
Competencies
- 8-10 years of experience in revenue, branded content, media sales, integrated marketing, content partnerships, or related fields.
- A proven track record of originating and closing six- and seven-figure partnerships.
- Experience managing complex negotiations and high-value partnership agreements.
- Deep understanding of the US brand and agency landscape.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience across audio, video, digital, or multi-platform media environments.
- Strong network of existing agency and brand relationships.
- Previous management experience.
- Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, build-phase environment.
- Strategic fluency combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Experience in media, premium podcasting and/or branded entertainment is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
