Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience plus We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Project Manager, Operations
Lemonada is searching for an experienced Podcast Operations Project Manager to play a key role in ensuring that our important operational and cross-functional initiatives are executed effectively. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role is responsible for coordinating projects across teams, establishing clear timelines and accountability, and ensuring that initiatives move from concept to completion in a predictable and organized way. The Project Manager will also manage RSS feeds and distribution across platforms, premium feeds, feed migrations, technical troubleshooting, and more.
The Project Manager will be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a variety of complex workstreams that involve multiple parts of the business — including, but not limited to production, sales, finance, ad operations, and external partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and problem-solver who can translate strategic priorities into detailed project plans, proactively identify risks, and keep teams aligned around shared goals and deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Lead the planning and execution of high-priority operational initiatives across Lemonada, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with company priorities
- Translate leadership goals and strategic initiatives into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables, modeling operational excellence.
- Coordinate across teams including production, sales, finance, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and progress
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks; proactively surface issues and propose solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings, maintain documentation, and ensure follow-through on decisions and action items
- Help implement and maintain systems, workflows, and tools that support operational efficiency and scalability
- Create clear communication structures that keep stakeholders informed and aligned
- Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-team initiatives led by the COO
- Foster strong collaboration across teams by establishing clear processes and expectations for project work
Show and Network Initiatives
- Manage our podcast distribution across platforms, including RSS feeds, premium feeds, feed migrations and more; troubleshoot feed errors and platform issues
- Coordinate episode publishing schedules
- Lead show launch process: coordinate across all Lemonada teams to gather assets necessary for a successful and timely launch; lead meetings with key team members leading up to launch; train team members and external partners on process for publishing new episodes after launch
- Manage feed drop process, coordinating with audience growth and production teams and ensuring a smooth process
- Support the lifecycle management of shows by maintaining trackers and documentation related to show performance, milestones, and key decisions
- Assist in preparing materials and coordination for show step-backs and cross-departmental reviews
- Help manage project timelines related to pilot development, ASD deals, and original show launches; ensuring timelines, budgets, and resource allocations are realistic and maintained
- Support communication and coordination with external partners when projects involve talent, platforms, or vendors
- Maintain project trackers and dashboards that provide visibility into progress, deadlines, and team responsibilities
- Ensure decisions and next steps from leadership meetings are clearly documented and executed
Required Competencies
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or production management in media, digital content, entertainment, podcasting or a similar creative industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and departments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and informed
- Experience with the technical aspects of podcast publication across platforms
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Notion, Monday, or similar)
- Systems-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Enthusiasm for Lemonada’s shows, social content, mission, and values
- Familiarity with any of the following (a plus): podcasting, audio production, digital media, production cycles, launch planning, and other creative team workflows
