Executive Producer, Branded Entertainment

Salary range: $145,000 to $160,000 (yearly rate) - subject to experience
Executive Producer, Branded Entertainment Lemonada is on a mission to make life suck less. We are seeking an accomplished Executive Producer to lead our Branded Entertainment team. This is a senior role at the intersection of creative content, production, client services, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Executive Producer (EP) will be a driving force behind bringing branded entertainment projects to life. The EP will lead branded partnerships from concept through distribution, while building strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a visionary creative thinker with deep fluency in the branded entertainment landscape along with video and podcast production, someone who is able to see where the space is headed and position Lemonada’s commercial offering ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production of both video and audio partnership projects. Starting from the initial brief through final delivery, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations
- Work arms-linked with the VP, Branded Entertainment and the Senior Director of Partnerships to pitch and secure new partnership deals, including identifying potential partners, attending meetings, responding to RFPs, creating decks and production budgets, and leading presentations for potential clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand and client partners, guiding them through the production process with clarity, confidence, and premium service
- Develop and pitch bold, original concepts that balance client objectives with the editorial sensibility of the Lemonada audience
- Generate a steady pipeline of ideas that are strategically sound and genuinely compelling and pitch concepts with a clear point of view that honor both the client’s POV and great storytelling
- Collaborate closely with hosts, producers, and the development team to conceptualize, pilot, and refine each series and the corresponding audience strategy
- Lead staffing on new shows to create effective, highly collaborative production teams, including hiring contractors and/or working with external production teams to assist in the execution of partnership series and setting standards for quality, process, and communication
- Provide editorial guidance and creative feedback to both internal and external production teams
- Maintain production calendars using Airtable; communicate and track deliverables and deadlines across internal and external teams
- Supervise the creation of video episodes using Adobe Premiere Pro, from assembly through final delivery, along with short form cutdowns optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts
- Collaborate closely with the audience growth team to ensure projects meet their client KPIs and align with Lemonada’s broader brand strategy
- Partner with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation for all partnership productions
- Proactively identify and resolve partnership challenges, finding comprehensive solutions that serve both the creative vision and client needs
- Develop and maintain production workflows, timelines, and documentation that keep complex, multi-stakeholder projects on track
Competencies
- 8+ years of production experience, with at least three years in a senior or executive producer role leading teams focused on branded content or partnership video projects
- A proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality video productions for brand partners
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex production realities into clear, actionable updates for clients and internal teams
- Seamlessly lead external meetings with clients, talent, agencies, and brand partners, fostering confidence, advancing negotiations, and translating discussions into concrete action plans and measurable outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and finance stakeholders
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams directly and indirectly through layers to accomplish goals
- Skilled at creative problem-solving and managing through unexpected circumstances
- Deep familiarity with production budgeting, scheduling tools, and project management platforms
- A commitment to ensuring that Lemonada’s slate of shows are produced to an exceptionally high professional standard, on-brand for Lemonada, and commercially viable
