Fully remote: working with a USA-based team at Lemonada Media.
Salary: $71,000 (yearly rate) plus This position is full-time. We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. Associate Producer Lemonada Media is seeking an experienced and highly-detailed Associate Producer to join our team. This role will work closely with our entire content team to produce original Lemonada content. The Associate Producer will support scheduling, research and interview prep, post-production and editorial, publishing and promotion, and other production-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Support the Producer with the development of episode prep and outlines; bringing new ideas and always considering what makes a story surprising or specific
- Manage Lemonada content uploads to Megaphone: ensuring all audio deliverables are published accurately and on time
- Support guest booking: research, outreach, scheduling, and talent coordination
- Work closely with the Audience Growth team to support YouTube publishing workflows, from uploads and metadata to coordinating assets like thumbnails and chapter markers
- Assist with media management: tracking files, organizing show folders in Dropbox and Google Drive
- Assist with short-form content deliverables across platforms
- Keep production timelines, documents, and workflows organized and on track
- Be willing and available to support as needed throughout the entire production process
Competencies
- 2+ years of experience in podcast or video production; strong understanding of production workflows
- Exceptional organizational skills, highly detail-oriented
- Self starter who can anticipate road blocks and problem solve along the way
- Audio production experience required; video experience a strong plus
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere , Adobe Audition, and/or ProTools
- Possesses a genuine passion for pop culture and entertainment
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude with an ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

This is a position covered under a collective bargaining agreement between Lemonada Media and the Writers Guild of America East.

Salary: minimum annual salary of $71,000
Location: Remote (US-based); strong preference for New York or Los Angeles
