The host of The Sam Sanders Show was praised by Christy Mirabal, the chairperson of TPA, as having the “ability to challenge perspectives, celebrate culture in all its complexity, and make audiences feel truly seen”.
- Feb 27: Exclusive: Ira Glass is to be honored as this year’s recipient of the Governors Award at The Ambies from The Podcast Academy. The award will be given at The Ambies in Chicago on Mar 31, in a ceremony hosted by Tig Notaro.
