UTA and Cadence13 launch a podcast network of YouTube stars

The launch of Google Podcasts continues to be reported across the globe. Here’s our FAQ. The team behind Google Podcasts will also be at Podcast Movement, the organisers have said. If you have already added the badges to your site, you might like to know that they’ve been updated slightly, especially the SVG version.

UTA and Cadence13 have launched a new podcast network called Ramble, which will use YouTube stars. UTA, a talent agency, were behind Amy Schumer’s Spotify deal, and claim they represent half of Apple’s top 20 podcasts.

Google Home smart speakers are now available in Ireland, Spain and Austria.

Sonix have announced their transcription/editing tool now supports multitrack recordings and automatic speaker labels.
