TrueFans.fm Closes Funding Round at £10m Valuation to Accelerate Platform Expansion
TrueFans.fm, the fan-first podcasting and creator platform, today announced the successful close of its latest funding round at a £10 million valuation. The total amount raised remains undisclosed. The investment was secured from a group of high net worth individuals via the UK government’s HMRC Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).
The new funding will be used to accelerate product development and support a series of major launches planned for the coming months, including a new hosting service, updated mobile applications, and the introduction of Voice AI agents designed to enhance creator and fan engagement.
Sam Sethi, CEO of TrueFans.fm, commented:
“A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. We took our first step three years ago and now, with this new funding, we are ready to make a giant leap forward. In the coming weeks and months we will be launching our new hosting service including support for audio, video & live, new versions of our mobile app and new Voice AI agents called Kevin and Kelly.”
TrueFans.fm was founded to give creators greater ownership of their audiences and revenues, while providing fans with deeper, more meaningful ways to support and interact with the voices they love. The company’s roadmap reflects its continued focus on sustainable monetisation, creator independence, and innovation in audio and voice technology.
The use of the Enterprise Investment Scheme highlights investor confidence in TrueFans.fm’s growth potential and its mission to reshape the creator economy in the UK and beyond.
