Podscribe Announces New Engagement, Attribution, and Security Features to Help Advertisers and Publishers Measure Smarter
Podscribe, the leading independent platform for podcast and audio ad measurement, today announced four major updates designed to bring advertisers and publishers more transparency, smarter attribution, and stronger security.
These updates introduce new tools for evaluating audience engagement, tracking campaign performance across multiple signals, surfacing advertiser-publisher partnerships, and protecting user accounts.
1. Show-Level Engagement Scores
Podscribe now offers Engagement Scores that highlight how actively listeners interact with shows across platforms. Based on iTunes reviews and YouTube comments, these scores provide a quick signal of audience engagement beyond downloads or reach.
Why it matters:
- Compare shows on engagement, not just audience size
- Quickly identify standout opportunities for advertiser alignment
- Add a new data point to campaign planning
2. Vanity URL Tracking
With Podscribe’s new vanity URL tracking, advertisers can measure how many listeners visit a branded landing page (e.g., brand.com/podcast) and convert, even if they never redeem a code.
Why it matters:
- Complements promo codes, pixels, and surveys
- Provides a fuller, more transparent view of campaign performance
- Helps advertisers make data-backed optimization decisions
3. Advertiser Tab on Publisher Pages
Podscribe has added an Advertiser tab to publisher pages, showing the top advertisers spending with each publisher. Users can view activity over customizable timeframes and filter by advertiser name or industry.
Why it matters:
- Sellers: identify advertiser opportunities for outreach and partnerships
- Buyers: make smarter, faster decisions when evaluating publishers
4. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To further safeguard user accounts, Podscribe now supports MFA for email logins. Admins can enable this added layer of security for their teams, ensuring stronger protection without added friction.
Why it matters:
- Keeps accounts secure with stronger authentication
- Gives admins greater control over user access
- Adds protection without complicating the login process
As part of its ongoing commitment to security and trust, Podscribe is also preparing for SOC 2 compliance, further strengthening its data protection standards.
“These updates reflect our mission to deliver both transparent measurement and enterprise-grade security,” said Pete Birsinger, CEO of Podscribe. “Advertisers and publishers need tools they can trust – from engagement scores and flexible attribution to additional protections that keep their data safe.”
These new features are live today for all Podscribe users.
