Lemonada Media Announces Leadership Transition

Lemonada Media announced today that after six years of co-founding and building the company into a top podcast publisher in the U.S., Jessica Cordova Kramer will transition from the CEO role at the end of the year. As she steps back from daily operations after helping position the company for its next phase of international growth, she will continue to support the team and mission as a member of the board.

Lemonada’s co-founder and Chief Creative Officer Stephanie Wittels Wachs will assume the role of CEO, ensuring continuity of vision and leadership. Lemonada’s mission and brand ethos remain unchanged, with a continued focus on premium production quality, mission-driven storytelling, and white-glove services.

Cordova Kramer led Lemonada’s strategic integration into PodX, helping position the business for its next phase of international growth. Together the co-founders have launched 80+ chart-topping shows including Apple’s 2023 Show of the Year “Wiser Than Me" with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, “Alive” with Steve Burns, and “Don’t Listen to Us” with Mandy Patinkin and Kathryn Grody.
