The Black Health Academy is a free membership based community which provides education and instruction on how to treat and/or prevent chronic disease. Our sole mission is to eradicate the most common and preventable lifestyle diseases which disproportionately impact the black community. This includes obesity, hypertension, high cholesterol, heart disease, stroke, auto-immune and stress related disease.
