You can use this meditation as an affirmation meditation and a way to get into a more deeply relaxed meditative state through the power of repetition.
I will repeat with you the whole time, but my voice will become progressively quieter as the meditation continues, closing with a chime once the ten minutes are up.
This is a great mantra to bring into your day. You can repeat it to yourself as you gain consciousness in the morning or set a timer and repeat it over and over like we are here.
The more you repeat these words, the more true and natural they will feel at the deep and surface levels of your being. Life will begin to feel lighter and more loving, and you will see firsthand your power to shape and uplift your relationship with all life positively.

» In this meditation, we’re activating our parasympathetic nervous systems using a simple version of Bees Breath (also known as Bhramari Pranayama). This practice is a deeply healing way of toning and breathing that supports the body in finding a state of calm and internal regulation.
Toning, humming, and Om-ing are great and immediate ways to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and find inner peace. I often say a relaxed body is a healthy happy body. Because when you find relaxation in your body, it can do the things it needs to do in order keep you healthy and vibrant - with ease.
This practice we’re doing today will support that and you’ll feel it!

Special Notes: Your headphones will need to be removed at some point (around the 5-minute mark) - if you can't hear my cures, just follow your own rhythm doing 8-12 breaths and resting in the silence at the end. If it's your first time listening, feel free to do it without plugging your ears and just humming normally, and then try doing it with plugging your ears for the full effect!

My daily Living meditations are designed to be listened to while your work, move, create, and live your day - inviting more space and softness as you make living from your calm center a living practice in your waking life. Allowing the principles and core essence of meditation to be present in you in all that you do.
This is a low guidance practice for more experienced meditators who know how to relax and be present with ease, but simply need the reminder to do so more often. A great way to use this is directly after your sitting meditation practice as a way to move seamlessly into your day while remaining connected to presence.
I’ll be giving simple prompts every 20-30 seconds or so. Let each word or phrase be a call to presence, inner-softening, and re-alignment with the stable center of your being. Enjoy!

» Today we’re going to oxygenate our emotions, opening the body up wide and filling all the spaces and sensations with new life and energy. 
It’s quite a common experience to tighten up or tense against intense emotional feelings and sensations - even if they’re positive.
When these intense emotions arise, the breath may become tight or shortened, however, it’s these moments that require our breath the most in order to process, receive, and integrate them fully.
We can train the body to do so by becoming even more spacious, more relaxed, and more open during intense emotional experiences. When we do so - we let life in more fully, and it flows through us more easily. And that’s what we're doing today.

» This is a shockingly effective tool I learned from one of the grandfathers of personal growth: Dr. Maxwell Maltz in his seminal work "Psychocybernetics" Click here to read the book 😊
This process, called “Let it Ring”, is a great visual & metaphor that will help you create enough space between you and your emotional triggers in order for you to release & reprogram them.
Many of our current emotionally experiences of fear have little to do with what is actually happening in the moment and are more so an effect of us re-living a past traumatic experience that happened when we didn’t have the cognition to understand or process what was happening.
And so we repeat the same programmed loop over and over whether we’re actually threatened or not.
Fortunately, you can change these pathways through the use of a pattern interrupt, like for example taking a deep breath, clapping your hands, or the technique I’m sharing today. Over time, you will dissolve the old pathway and create new, more empowered and ever-evolving responses to life.

There are two ways you can do this meditation:

✨ Fear is Just a Sensation | Healing Meditation


» In this meditation, I’ll be showing how I like to release fear and reconnect to my natural state of peace and positive expectation. This method works well in tandem with my recycling emotions meditation and my I see you and I love you meditation. I’ve linked both of those below in case you’d like more support and resources.
This exercise rests on a very simple premise, and that’s fear is just a sensation.
Fear: False Evidence Appearing Real. Fear is a distortion of perspective, a narrowing of sight, a clouding of the lens and its opinions are not to be trusted. It really is just an idea, a story, and the reason it feels so bad is because you’re seeing differently than your Inner Being (your higher self) who knows you are safe, you are capable, and all is well in this moment.
And so if you allow yourself to drop the story and simply witness it in your body, it will dissipate. As you practice this over time, the sensation will become less and less intense until you eventually feel no fear whatsoever around the idea or story.

Witnessing the Witness: Transcending the veils of the mind


» For this meditation we will become vibrantly aware of the veils of awareness that permeate the mental body, noticing each and every thought, the energy behind the thought, and the witness to it all. 
In doing so, you'll transcend the many veils of the mind as you open up into the wide-open expanse of purely being.

The Process:
1. Simply notice when a thought or judgment comes up, and when it does, look at it without following it or judging it. simply notice that a thought has taken place in the mind.
2. In the same moment, begin to notice the background mood or tone behind the thought. Notice where you feel it in your mental body, in your brain, or perhaps your auric field. Just notice the energy source of where it is arising from.
3. Optional: You may even ask: "Is that me?" "Is this thought who I am?" "Where is it coming from?"
4. Release the awareness of the thought and notice: "Who or what is noticing this thought?" Notice who is doing the looking.
5. Once you’ve felt a sense of the seer, the witness, notice who is noticing the witness.
6. Continue tracing awareness and awareness of awareness into the wide-open expanse of purely being. It may feel as if you're expanding through many veils, almost like thin layers, into a wider witness, a larger sphere of awareness. Feel the spaciousness of this awareness. Rest here
7. And if you notice this spaciousness awareness notice who is noticing that, continue this process until you have transcended all thought, and if you notice that you have transcended all thought, notice who is noticing that you have transcended all thought, keep going.

In any moment you’re either feeling the presence or absence of what you want. What’s most important for energetic alignment is to feel like you are ONE with what you want. Like it’s already done, and a give in your life. You can do this by tapping into its core energy of it and feeling it in your body regularly.

🧬 Closed-Circuit Subconscious Reprogramming Meditation


» In this exercise, you’ll be anchoring a new belief into your subconscious mind by relaxing the conscious mind and creating a closed-loop energy system with your body posture.
This closed-circuit posture will ensure all your energy is circulating within you and the relaxation of the conscious mind will shift your brain wave patterns from the beta to the alpha and perhaps even theta state.
As you continue to repeat your new belief as an affirmation, dropping deeper and deeper into a relaxed state, the door to your subconscious mind will open. As this happens you’ll feel a felt-shift in your body.
It may feel like a spontaneous softening or a sense of deep peace. Or perhaps a sudden sense of openness and increased spaciousness in your body and mind. The shift may come in 20 seconds or 20 minutes. Be sure that you’ll know it when you feel it.
The shift is a sign the belief has been integrated. You can release the affirmation knowing your subconscious mind has the instructions and will act in accordance with them.

» In today’s guided journalling exercise we’ll be re-establishing loving communication and connection with the body.
Your body knows *exactly* what it needs to thrive. It’s talking to you all day long constantly giving direct feedback through the felt-sensations you experience. The more ask it what it needs and listen, the more attuned you’ll be to the body’s unique voice, and the easier it will be to trust and follow its wisdom with ease.
It might ask for a cheeseburger one day and a kale salad the next, you might crave 3 HIIT workouts and then a week of rest and gentle stretches. Listen. See if you can honor whatever intuitive pings come up from the body, even if they go against conventional wisdom or what you’ve done in the past.
And of course, be compassionate when you don’t listen. One of the most loving things you could do for your body is to relax and be easy about your journey. Not needing to get it perfect all the time.
As you release rigidity and lean into being easier, the well-being that is natural to the body to flow unimpeded no matter what you get up to.

» In this meditation, we’re using sound (tones such as "Ahhh" "Mmmm" and "Ommm") as a way to align your body with the frequency of wellbeing, giving it exactly what it needs in this moment. 
I encourage you to adopt an attitude of playfulness and curiosity here - knowing that it’s more than ok to sound silly, shaky, or off-key - just let the feeling each tone brings be the guide. 
The tone that feels most resonant to you is the one that holds the subtle healing sound frequencies your body is craving right now. You’ll know you’ve hit the right note if your brain feels slightly more spacious and relaxed or you might feel a soft opening in your heart. » Today we’ll be focusing on your physical body and releasing any negative stories or points of insecurity you may be holding about it.
Energetically, spending a lot of time feeling shame or insecurity about a certain part of your experience creates a hotspot of energy that actually draws attention.
No matter how you look, there is no part of you that you should feel bad about or hide — at all. These parts of you are not inherently “wrong” and it’s not your job to feel bad about yourself or your body.
And believe it or not, you can re-wire your thoughts and feelings towards at the very least neutrality, but certainly acceptance and even love and appreciation for every part of who you are!
The more you accept yourself, the more you accept others, and the cycle of acceptance grows. The less you judge yourself, the less you judge others, and the process of liberation becomes more. 🙏🏻
